Welkom op de website voor het FARM-OP onderzoek.

FARM-OP staat voor FAlls-Related Medication use in Older Patients.

Het doel van het onderzoek is om ouderen met een hoog valrisico op te sporen in de apotheek. Door interventies uit te voeren bij deze patiënten proberen wij vallen onder ouderen te voorkomen.

Op deze website staat informatie voor patiënten en de teams van de deelnemende apotheken.

Dit onderzoek wordt uitgevoerd op initiatief van de Universiteit Utrecht en de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen.
Dit onderzoek wordt gefinancierd door de KNMP.
