Tool 3: Foldermateriaal

Wij hebben een folder ontwikkeld die u aan patiënten mee kunt geven. U kunt de folder downloaden door hierop te klikken.

VeiligheidNL, KNMP en Amsterdam UMC hebben de folder ‘Medicatie en vallen’ ontwikkeld. Deze folder kan ingezet worden tijdens een gesprek met de patiënt over vallen. De folder is ondersteunend in het vergroten van het bewustzijn van de patiënt met betrekking tot het valrisico dat geneesmiddelen kunnen geven. De folder is te downloaden via: https://www.veiligheid.nl/valpreventie/voorlichtingsmateriaal/brochure-rechtop-blijven-staan-met-medicijnen.

De brochure ‘Zorg dat u thuis niet valt’ van VeiligheidNL kan ingezet worden om met de patiënt te bespreken waar hij/zij thuis op kan letten om de valkans te verkleinen.
